Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS

  • Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipping
  • Tracking included

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our fishing gear with a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Most items can be returned for a refund or exchange, with a few exceptions for specialty products.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their nature, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom assembled Rod & Reel Combos
  • Opened containers of Scents & Attractants
  • Perishable Dough Baits

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact Us
Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to ensure we get all necessary information.

Step 2: Get Approval
We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.

Step 3: Pack Your Item
Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging with all included accessories.

Step 4: Ship It Back
Send the package to our address using a trackable shipping service. You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Note: Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or model:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly indicate in your return request that you want an exchange
  • Specify the replacement item
  • We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return

For faster service, we recommend placing a new order for the item you want while returning the original item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your fishing gear arrives damaged or defective:
