Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- Item must be in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Note on Custom/Specialty Items: Due to their nature, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Rod & Reel Combos (custom assembled)
- Scents & Attractants (opened containers)
- Dough Baits (perishable items)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return your fishing gear:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our Return Request Template below to ensure we get all the necessary information.
- Get Approval: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.
- Pack Your Item: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging with all included accessories.
- Ship It Back: Send the package to our address (provided in your RAN email) using a trackable shipping service. You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
- Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or model:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate in your return request that you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
- We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return
For faster service, we recommend placing a new order for the item you want while returning the original item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your fishing gear arrives damaged or defective:

- Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs
